The parish council is disappointed to report that due to the additional amount of recycling that can now be collected from the kerbside, Wealden District Council has decided to review the neighbourhood recycling points.
It has therefore been decided that it is no longer environmentally or financially viable to continue to have the mixed recycling bins at Church Lane, Chiddingly. Wealden District Council will therefore be looking to remove the bins for mixed recycling in the next few weeks but will be keeping the bin for textiles and shoes in place.
